Computer Science and Technology.
The Department of Computer Science and Technology of Gomati District Polytechnic offers diploma programme in Computer Science and Technology where students are provided knowledge to understand the fundamental of basic sciences and computing technology innovation, creative problem solving abilities, intellectual honest and professional ethics, capacity for team work in inter disciplinary from the available resources. Industry Institution Interaction is considered to be a major component of Technician Education and as a matter of fact BSNL, NIC etc. Government Organisations are being consulted frequently in this respect.
Computing Facilities:
The Institute is currently running one computer laboratory namely DBMS Lab.Lab iis fully equipped with high configuration PCs alongwith efficient application softwares.
DBMS Lab:
Students admitted to different courses can practice C,C++, JAVA.
